Grand Prix KO Series returns to partypoker

Partypoker is keeping its pedal-to-the-metal as it heads straight into the Grand Prix KO Series. It runs from September 19 through to October 4, and each event is played in a progressive knockout (PKO) format

The series is already well underway, featuring a total of 16 numbered events, with most offering multiple Day 1s. Buy-ins range from $5.50 to $530 and the poker room aims at $2.2 million in prize money.

“The Grand Prix KO Series offers a fantastic chance for players of all bankrolls to compete for prizes,” said Chris Donnachie, Head of Poker Room Management at partypoker. “For example, offering buy-ins as low as $5.50, while still providing a $500,000 guaranteed Main Event and a High Roller event, shows we have a balanced schedule where there is value for players and something for everyone.”

“The series follows the hugely popular WPT World Online Championships and gives players more opportunities to win even more prestigious titles,” Donnachie further said.
