The Loyalty Club Journey

Status Points

Status Points measure your progress towards the completion of your current Loyalty Step. You will collect Status Points at a rate of 10 for every €1 or £1 of attributed rake or tournament fees.

Loyalty Steps

These are milestones within a Loyalty Level, which when completed, award bet365 Coins to your account. Each Step requires a certain number of Status Points for completion.

Progress through your Loyalty Steps by earning Status Points, which are accumulated as a result of rake/tournament fees paid. Complete the required amount of Loyalty Steps to move to the next Loyalty Level where even more rewards will be on offer to you.

Track your Loyalty Step progress by using the Loyalty page within the poker software and at the top of your table when you play.

Loyalty Levels

Each Loyalty Level comprises of a fixed number of Loyalty Steps, which must be completed to progress to the next level. By improving your Loyalty Level, you will gain access to a larger selection of rewards in the Store and can enter more Loyalty Club tournaments.

Progressing through a Loyalty Level couldn’t be easier, simply earn the required amount of Status Points at any of our tables, which are accumulated as a result of rake/tournament fees paid. No matter if you play on cash tables, tournaments, or even Twister Sit & Gos, you’ll continue to earn Status Points whenever you play.

Bronze

All new players start at this level

Silver

When you earn 30 Status Points or more within a calendar month

Gold

When you earn 200 Status Points or more within a calendar month

Platinum

When you earn 800 Status Points or more within a calendar month

Diamond

When you earn 15,000 Status Points or more within a calendar quarter. Plus you will instantly receive 2,500 bet365 Coins upon qualification!

You can maintain and track your Loyalty Level by opening the Loyalty section within the poker client.

If you reach the Silver, Gold or Platinum levels, you’ll keep your status for the remainder of the current month, as well as the entirety of the following month. Diamond members will keep their status for the rest of the current calendar quarter, as well as the following quarter.

Loyalty Missions

Take on your choice of Loyalty Missions to earn additional bet365 Coins to spend on exciting rewards!

How to complete your Loyalty Missions:

Go to the Missions section within the Poker software to find your Loyalty Missions.
Press the Start button on your chosen mission.
Your reward will be instantly added to your account following mission completion.
A brand new mission will take its place.

Below is a table containing a list of useful phrases and definitions you may encounter whilst
completing Loyalty Missions:

Phrase	Definition
MTT	Multi-table Tournament, located within the Tournament section of the Poker software.
Suited Connectors	Two cards of the same suit that are one rank apart, such as the seven and eight of spades.
Hole Cards	Hole cards are the cards dealt to you at the start of each game.
Pocket Pairs	Two hole cards of the same value.
Be Dealt	This is when the specified hands must be your hole cards.
Cash In	You must finish the relevant Tournament in a prize awarding position.
See A Flop	You are considered to have seen the flop if your cards are live when the flop is dealt.

The Tournament runs at 20:00 GMT on the last Saturday of every month.

bet365 Coins are the currency used for all items available in the Store. Increase your bet365 Coin balance by playing your favourite games.

Once you’ve accrued enough bet365 Coins, you can exchange them for rewards available within our Store.

Significant Terms

All bet365 players are automatically members of the Loyalty Club.
In order to accumulate Status Points, you must fulfil either of the following criteria playing real money poker: contribute chips to any pot from which rake is taken on a cash table; pay a fee for entering any Tournament or Sit & Go.
Collect Status Points in order to complete Loyalty Steps. Each completed Loyalty Step awards bet365 Coins which can be used in the Store.
Status Points are accumulated at a rate of 10 for every €1 or £1 of attributed rake or tournament fees.
All new players start at Bronze level. Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Loyalty Levels have qualifying periods which are made up of calendar months. For details, see Full Terms and Conditions.
In order for play to contribute towards Loyalty Mission completion, you must press the relevant Start button, located in the Missions section, within the relevant qualifying period. All other Loyalty Missions become unavailable until your mission has been completed or the qualifying period ends.
Tournament Tickets can be used to enter any Tournament of the relevant type with the corresponding buy-in amount.
Cash Game Tickets can only be used on real money cash tables which contain the word ‘Premium’ in the table name.
Tournament Tickets, Bonus Euros and Cash Game Tickets expire 30 days after being credited.
Bronze Loyalty Tournaments take place at 19:00 GMT daily, Silver Loyalty Tournaments take place at 19:30 GMT every Saturday and Mega Loyalty Tournaments take place at 20:00 GMT on the last Saturday of each month. Tickets can be used to enter any tournament of the relevant type with the corresponding buy-in amount, if unused, they expire 60 days after being credited.
Should you pay no rake or tournament fees for a period of three months, your entire bet365 Coin balance is forfeited. Regardless of your activity, all unused bet365 Coins will expire 12 months after being credited.
