TP hand vs. ch/min raise from fish

    The guy is a passive fish who calls open from the blinds like 39% and 3bets 3%. After flop he folds to cbet only 35% and ch/r 5%, aggression freq. (15/30/55 %). Maybe on the flop fold is the best vs. that guy, the turn don't know if check behind is an option and on the river I guess I`m not happy but have to pay (or not ???).
