SO Villain 3bets like 17% OTB over like a 30 opportunity sample. This is the second time i 4bet him in a row. He called really fast both times. Would you checkraise the turn allin? Would you even cbet this kind of board? Maybe double barrel?
Only other read i have is that he light 3bet me from the button on another table with like 98o.

This is more of a question if he wants to outplay you ? Is he a guy wich wants to win everyhand ? And does he floats.. a lot ?
This flop and this situation is like perfect for him !

Put yourself in his shoes - You 3bet a lot, a guy picks this and 4bets you 2 times in a row, he makes a standart CB on this super dry board - and you think that his range isnt hitting it too much, so ... you float - winning middle to big pot with little investment !

So if you are not scared to loose 3bi+ on a bluff go for it !
    I would certainly c/shove that turn !
