I'm a new member here but I've been playing cash games for a while, so I'll try to help you out here. So, not much information on villain (only 10 hands, so his stats are meaningless but with tendency for calling station).

Your preflop and flop cbet are fine, and when facing a min checkraise in the flop might mean two things: trips or a draw playing aggressively (or, in the best case scenario, a Jx played aggressively). So, given the odds, and considering that you have position, I would call his c/r and see the turn card. He's likely to lead out again in a blank turn if he has a set and wants to protect from the draw or might check in case he misses his draw. Then you can see a free river card and probably go to showdown cheeply with your hand.
