Is my 4bet OOP with nut flush draw and inside straight draw correct or I just have to call villain's 3bet on the flop when I am 90 % sure he is holding set?

Well, given the action where a guy pots into 2 players and another guy re-raises pot with you left to act, I would also be 90% sure someone has a set. Knowing this, why would you 4-bet and get it in? You have only 35% equity:

    board: 5djd8c
    Hand Equity Wins Ties
    ad7c3std 35.86% 214,273 1,822
    88**, JJ** 64.14% 383,905 1,822

It's a limped pot and you are not committed at all on flop and you need at least 45% equity to get it in on flop as breakeven, so you should just call and play turn accordingly.
