why not make a small 3b to like ~17-20 and make the PFR fold and 1 or 2 fish come along to play?

yeah calling or 3betting are both good. Would like calling more if we were suited.

imo if u dont feel comfortable playing oop on flop vs potentially 2 or more players and u dont like stacking off wtih AQo here its perfectly fine to fold, after all its 8bb iso raise

I didnt wanted to turn my hand in to a bluff, so I just called. I updated the first post. What do you think is the best play on the flop

the guy isnt even very loose so if u hadnt seen him getting OOL with isos esp vs 23 people then i would fold pre. U can 3bet/fold to a 4bet (since he is nit) pre since ur hand is obv good blockers if ur not too comfy playing OOP (again no harm as most people aren't and its part of learning curve and more difficult esp if villain is decent. More decent villain is more raise or fold u should be playing in general).

As played u can lead as mentioned if ur ok playing if the reg calls. If not u have to play check/call. Whih is reason calling OOP isnt always so good esp if villain can barrel, where as if he is fairly straight forward then he might cbet once and be done on turn making it easy to play OOP. Its 100nl so I doubt he is getting too far OOL here postflop when u coldcall so ur plan should be to play this fairly straight up and passive vs a tighter 100nl player

OK I made second mistake by checking the flop, but one of the fishes donk bet into the preflop raiser and he just called and I feeled this was so awful spot, because on this bord he can safely slowplay AA, KK, QQ, AQ. Should I fold on the flop :( I told myself why do you call preflop, when you will fold on this board (1st level thinking). What about the turn, I am calling only for split, he will never play thatway something weaker then my hand.

dont think someone will bluff in that spot(regular i mean) he has you and the fish in the hand and your hand is defined as Qx+ so basically you either split with AQ or lose to everything else, and also the fish might have you with some funky 2pair hand now its the time to fold:)
